THE WEBSITE LIVE YET?
No, unfortunately not, this is just another temporary splash
page to let everybody know that I'm still alive and working
on this. I've been extremely busy behind-the-scenes working
on some a bunch of contracts and clients always come first.
I'm putting as much time as I can into projectmessenger, going
through archives of hundreds of photos, trying to get the
priliminary edit of the portfolio done... oh, and I've been
shooting a lot of new stuff too.

with a bunch of new surprises over the next couple of days.

ABOUT
ME:
My name is Jerome Abramovitch and I am a professional photographer
based out of Montreal. My main portfolio and website goes
under the name of chapter9photography.com.
I
also happen to be an ex-bike messenger. I was on and off the
road from 1997 to 2004 as I established myself as a freelance
photographer. I am what I shoot and document my own subcultures
from the inside out.
Living life as art goes beyond being behind the lens. I have
a past life as a musician and performance artist. I'm a black
sheep and love it. I have a reputation for pushing boundries.
My personal
rituals from the early years and extreme
body modifications have generated some
attention
over
the years. So yeah, I'm strange, but I don't bite... I
pilot my life with a positive attitude and an intense desire
to create.
